What is the Argos Academy?

The Argos Academy is our in-house learning and development programme. It is a place where colleagues learn from one another, share experiences and work together to build knowledge and foster personal growth. We combine practical experience with workshops, training courses and inspirational sessions led by both in-house and external experts.

Within the academy, we work with personal learning objectives and a varied annual programme. This covers topics such as:
