Be aware: The updated SUP (Single-Use Plastics) directive has taken effect!
03 januari 2024
From January 1, 2024, the rules on plastic returns and tariffs have changed further. A distinction is now made between two types of plastic packaging. Also, each type of plastic has a specific starting rate in line with the costs associated with recycling these packaging. In addition, the Plastic 2.0 tariff differentiation has also been introduced. This tariff differentiation means that the Waste Fund will reward producers and importers when they produce packaging that is recyclable.
