You ensure our logistics process runs smoothly, from incoming goods to outgoing shipments.
And you do it with an eye for efficiency and enjoyment in your work.

As an Administrative Logistics Officer at Argos Packaging & Protection, you are the one who keeps everything on track. You make sure all administrative processes are handled accurately while also supporting our logistics planning. From booking in incoming goods to checking orders before they are loaded onto the truck, you’ve got it under control.

You process waybills, create labels, verify invoices, and coordinate with drivers and inside sales colleagues. You are the point of contact at the front desk for drivers and customers collecting goods, ensuring that shipments via courier and delivery services are properly registered and dispatched.

In addition, you support our logistics planner. You act as the link between drivers, logistics, and the commercial team, actively contributing ideas for smart and efficient load planning. These are not standard pallet shipments, your insight truly makes the difference.

Currently, the role consists of approximately 70% administrative tasks and 30% planning. Over time, this position will further develop into a full planning role, a great opportunity to grow along with it.

Experience with Nmbrs? Even better – because in early 2026 we’ll be transitioning from SalarFusion to Nmbrs. You’ll be working from our office in Honselersdijk, for around 8–12 hours a week with flexible scheduling.
