To make sure you know exactly where you stand, we have divided our application process into six steps. How convenient!

Job application

Have you found a vacancy that suits you and fits your future plans? Then fill in the contact form on the vacancy page. We aim to respond to your application within two weeks, but we are always quicker!

Are we a match?

Your application is received by our HR department, where the selection procedure takes place. Based on your CV and the completed questions, we assess whether there is a match with the vacancy and with our organisation. Is there a possible match? Then we will invite you for a first meeting.

First meeting

A first impression is very important, which is why a first interview is also about getting to know each other better and making sure you get a good idea of the position. This introductory interview will take place with your immediate superior and our management.

Are we both enthusiastic after the first meeting? Then a second interview with a direct colleague and one of our HR colleagues will follow and we will go deeper into the job content, your knowledge and skills and our processes.

Taste the atmosphere

Can you see yourself working for us and are you enthusiastic about the job and so are we? Then we will get to know you better and invite you for a morning or afternoon atmosphere test. This will give you a good idea of your future team, take you through the job's tasks and give you a good idea of our corporate culture. This is also the perfect opportunity to ask your 'new colleagues' anything you want to know.

Yes, we are a match!

If both you and we feel positive after the introduction, we will make you a written proposal. If you say 'yes' to this, we will congratulate you on your new job and ourselves on the expansion of our Argos family!

Your first working day

It's finally here, your first working day at Argos. On your first working day at Argos, your manager and the team will be ready to welcome you and get you settled in. Both before you start and during your first period of work, we pay a lot of attention to a good onboarding.
